Refund Policy
Ravanova Music sells digital subscriptions to creator video content and tickets to live concerts. We don't ship physical goods. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for each kind of purchase.
1. Apple App Store In-App Purchases (iOS)
Subscriptions you bought through the iOS app are billed by Apple. Refunds for these purchases are issued by Apple, not by Ravanova Music. We do not have access to your Apple payment information and cannot process the refund ourselves.
To request an Apple refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select the Ravanova Music purchase you want refunded.
- Choose a reason and submit your request.
Apple reviews each request individually. Their decision is final. Typical processing time is 24-48 hours and refunds are returned to your original payment method.
2. Google Play In-App Purchases (Android)
Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are billed by Google Play. Google automatically approves refunds for purchases made within the past 48 hours via the Play Store. After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion.
To request a Google refund:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history.
- Find the Ravanova Music purchase and tap "Refund" or "Report a problem".
- Or visit Google Play support for purchases older than 48 hours.
3. Web Subscriptions (Stripe / WooCommerce)
Subscriptions purchased through ravanovamusic.com or kayamusicisland.com are billed directly by us via Stripe. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided no premium content has been consumed.
Eligibility:
- Request within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- You have not watched any premium video from that creator in the current billing period.
- Account is in good standing (not banned for Terms violations).
Outside the 7-day window, refunds on web subscriptions are at our discretion. Cancelling a web subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current paid period.
4. Concert Tickets
Each concert has its own refund window listed on the ticket purchase page. By default:
- More than 7 days before the event: full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- 7 days or less before the event: non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Event cancelled or postponed by the organiser: full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date, at your choice. We will notify you by email and push notification within 48 hours of any such change.
- Event proceeds but you cannot attend: tickets are non-transferable through the platform; we do not refund "did not attend" claims.
5. Free Trials
If a subscription is offered with a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial expires. No refund applies to trials themselves because no payment was taken.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. We strongly recommend reaching out to support@ravanovamusic.com first — most issues are resolved within 2 business days without the need for a chargeback.
7. Processing Time
- Apple IAP refunds: 24-48 hours, decision by Apple.
- Google Play refunds: instant for the 48-hour auto window; 1-7 days otherwise.
- Web Stripe refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we approve.
- Concert ticket refunds: 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Contact
For any refund question that the store-specific channels above cannot resolve:
- Email: support@ravanovamusic.com
- Postal: Seebun Nawrangeelall, Saint Julien Bypass, Moka 80102, Mauritius
Include your account email and the transaction ID or receipt number so we can locate the purchase quickly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner, push notification, or email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
